14 december 2008 (double c)

Connor had metal shop this semester. Their first project was making wind chimes from metal pieces.  They had to cut letters from the sheetmetal and had to choose a word with seven letters.

All semester I heard about the slow-going process…"today we did this, mom"  When he finally brought the windchimes home he was beaming…he chose to make his chimes with the word

DOUBLE C

"it stands for me and Corrigan…the two "C"s…DOUBLE C!";

and now I proudly display those chimes above my couch in the living room.

I think I am going to proudly displays this photo someplace in that same room.
